[ome-users] archiving users

Hello,

Can someone point out the basic protocol for archiving the data of users who are no longer active?  Say, when a postdoc moves on and you want the stuff off the OMERO server, but still accessible with the old folder hierarchy if you need to find something later.

Apologies if this has been covered but searching the archive for ‘archive’ is not productive.
