[ome-devel] Shoola implementation question

Hi richard-

Apologies for not responding to your previous message.  Is great you 
are looking at the system, just know that we are doing our best to 
support our external people, while without any resources to do so.  We 
are trying to fix that.

Funny you should ask about Shoola-- currently our docs here are poor, 
and this is causing all sorts of problems.  Chris and Andrea can answer 
in the morning.  We are trying to assemble docs that describe the 
current state.

Maybe we can short circuit a long email thread with a video conf.  Do 
you guys have such facilities that you can get access to?
