I uploaded a sample file.  The dimensions and size appear to be correct when opened; however there is no color information- the "value=0" when hovering anywhere in the black box.  the sample file is MCF_1934.

I am trying to open a nikon raw NEF file using bioformats in Fiji. Image appears as black. Have tried checking scaling and unchecking scaling box. Have tried auto contrast and other solutions. Image always opens black. Is this a bug? Does xml data need to be embedded into NEF or not?
I am wanting to do spectral separation of image so need to keep NEF format if possible.
