Hi Katharine,

Do the dimensions and metadata on the file look to be correct? If you have a sample file which we can test you can upload it to https://www.openmicroscopy.org/qa2/qa/upload/

With Thanks,
David Gault

Hello,
I am trying to open a nikon raw NEF file using bioformats in Fiji. Image appears as black. Have tried checking scaling and unchecking scaling box. Have tried auto contrast and other solutions. Image always opens black. Is this a bug? Does xml data need to be embedded into NEF or not?
I am wanting to do spectral separation of image so need to keep NEF format if possible.
Please advise!
Thanks
