[ome-users] Operetta XML

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the answer ! :).

I'm importing through the insight client using either of the XML files 
in order to avoid having to select all files (which wouldn't work since 
there are two many to do it in a single import).

The data I have is like this

  * The plate folder containing:
      o a MeasurementIndex.columbusIDX.xml file
      o a subfolder with all the tif files, and two extra files
          + ImageIndex.ColumbusIDX.csv
          + ImageIndex.CollumbusIDX.xml

You should be able to find those three files at this link 
<https://drive.switch.ch/index.php/s/Y1PZRhZdSy3qhAB>. You'll see that 
the plate ID/name are there but they are not used in OMERO making this 
mess (the first 2 plates were renamed manually):


The strange thing is that selecting a single image show the correct name 
of the plate and well. But it's just not used for the plate.
