<font face="Ubuntu">Hi Mark,<br>
<br>
Thanks for the answer ! :).<br>
<br>
I'm importing through the insight client using either of the XML
files in order to avoid having to select all files (which wouldn't
work since there are two many to do it in a single import).<br>
<br>
The data I have is like this<br>
</font>
<ul>
<li><font face="Ubuntu">The plate folder containing:</font></li>
<ul>
<li><font face="Ubuntu">a MeasurementIndex.columbusIDX.xml file</font></li>
<li><font face="Ubuntu">a subfolder with all the tif files, and
two extra files</font></li>
<ul>
<li><font face="Ubuntu">ImageIndex.ColumbusIDX.csv <br>
</font></li>
<li><font face="Ubuntu">ImageIndex.CollumbusIDX.xml</font></li>
</ul>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><font face="Ubuntu">You should be able to find those three files
at this <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://drive.switch.ch/index.php/s/Y1PZRhZdSy3qhAB">link</a>.
You'll see that the plate ID/name are there but they are not
used in OMERO making this mess (the first 2 plates were renamed
manually):</font></p>
<p><font face="Ubuntu"><img

</font></p>
<p><font face="Ubuntu">The strange thing is that selecting a single
image show the correct name of the plate and well. But it's just
not used for the plate.</font></p>
<p><font face="Ubuntu"><img

<p><font face="Ubuntu">Thanks again.</font><br>

Laurent,

I'm not immediately managing to see or reproduce a problem so
maybe as a
<br>
first step:
<br>
<br>
* Exactly how are you importing?
<br>
* Please do go ahead and upload the XML file.
<br>
* Also give us an "ls -lR" or similar showing the overall
structure of
<br>
the data files.
<br>
<br>
So, the plate names from the XML file are being ignored in import
into
<br>
OMERO? We may well ask you for the actual data but let's see how
much
<br>
further we can get without.
