Dear Laurent,

I'm not immediately managing to see or reproduce a problem so maybe as a
first step:

* Exactly how are you importing?
* Please do go ahead and upload the XML file.
* Also give us an "ls -lR" or similar showing the overall structure of
the data files.

So, the plate names from the XML file are being ignored in import into
OMERO? We may well ask you for the actual data but let's see how much
further we can get without.
