Yes it was good meeting last week, I would have liked to chat a bit more about Omero and especially how Zegami is embedded.

I uploaded the file, it should have just one channel and the following dimensions  x: 2430, y: 2430, z: 10, 16-bit, x: 78.32 µm, y: 78.32 µm, z: 0.99 µm
