[ome-users] Exporting Shared Image Data Sets

Hi,

A collaborator has shared a data set with me in OMERO and I am trying to use the Batch Image Export script from the OMERO web client to download these to my desktop. I get the response "No image found" when I do the export. The operation works on images in my account owned and uploaded by me. Do I or my collaborator have to do something further to allow me to export these images? 

I am using OMERO.web 5.0.6-ice34-b53.
