Thank you for the reminder, and my apologies for the delay.

The status of PR 1249 as of this evening is that no code changes were
present (per the "Files changed" tab); the only effective change was to
add a .jar file unrelated to reading .nd2 files.  I have closed the PR,
as merging it would not have any effect.

We have made other recent changes to .nd2 support in preparation for the 5.1.0
release, though.  If you haven't already, you may wish to try the latest builds:

http://ci.openmicroscopy.org/view/Bio-Formats/job/BIOFORMATS-5.1-latest/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts

If any specific problems are persisting with those builds, please do let
us know so that we're sure to get fixes in before 5.1.0.
