[ome-users] Bug in 4.4.9 and trunk : channels in ZVI fail to import correctly, first channel duplicated, last channel dropped.

Using Fiji with LOCI 4.4.9 or a new install of LOCI trunk in ImageJ, The
first channel of a 3-channel ZVI doesn't import.

The imported image has 3 channels, and channel 1 is correct. However,
apparent channel 2 is a duplicate of the real channel 1, apparent channel 3
is the actual channel 2, and the expected channel 3 does not load. Loci
version 4.4.0 works correctly installed into a clean ImageJ. Haven't tried
intermediate versions.
