Hi Diana,
OK, so your username and password are correct.
Does Insight give you any useful error message when you can't log in?
One thing to check is that you're using the correct OMERO.insight version (4.4.x will all work - I'm sure you are).
Could you have a look at your Insight log files?
They should be under your user's home directory on the machine you're using Insight on.
E.g. On my mac they're in /Users/will/omero/log/omeroinsight.log
You could also look at the server log files when you're trying to log in from Insight,
$ tail -f var/log/Blitz-0.log
Let us know what you're seeing there,
