[ome-users] cant connect to server

Hi Diana,

 Apologies for the delay in answering...

My first question is to check you're using the correct login as described here: 
https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/sysadmins/unix/server-installation.html

The username you want is "root" and the password is whatever you used in place of "root_password".

Sorry if that was obvious and you're already doing that, but in the past we've found that this is often the problem if you've managed to get everything working.

Also, did you try:

$ bin/omero login
As described on the page above?
This at least rules out any client issues.
