[ome-users] ATOM and OMERO

Hi Zoltan

I looked into the problem and managed to import images into an OMERO 4.4.5 server using ATOM 4.2.2 and ATOM 4.3.4
You will have to update the OMERO and bio-formats related jars  and add a new jar: scifio.jar
You can grab it from  https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/products/bio-formats/downloads

We have also developed a solution called OMERO.DropBox  that you may want to consider (see http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/sysadmins/server-fs.html#dropbox). This could be a suitable solution to your problem.
