[ome-users] Compile BF-ITK-pipe on Windows

Hi,

I following the instructions in here
http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/itk to compile BF-ITK plugins.
It works fine on Mac. But I am having trouble compiling it on Windows.

I am using Visual studio 2008 and trying to generate a 64bit plugin.
The errors I receive are missing functions such as 'pipe', 'write', and 'close'.
Just want to ask that is there anybody fixing those errors already
before I go ahead and do it myself.
