[ome-users] Help with OMERO install required

Hi David

It seams that apache_user has not enough permissions to write to log  
directory.
Could you please double check if your installation match pre- 
configuration section on
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/server/archives/4.1/install_web#section-2

If you have already set up the database you can skip 'Settings' section.
