Sorry, I was referring only to the server startup, specifically the
"Start the server" step on the installation page:
https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/server/install-windows#section-6
You won't be able to connect from Insight until the:
"Server: Blitz-0 inactive (disabled)"
line in the diagnostics says "active".
