sorry about that. I tried to start the server (see below)

But it wouldn't restart, therefore rebooted the pc & then was able to
start the server, but still unable to logon (see attached pic).

Sorry, I was referring only to the server startup, specifically the
"Start the server" step on the installation page:

s#section-6
You won't be able to connect from Insight until the:
"Server: Blitz-0 inactive (disabled)"
line in the diagnostics says "active".
