[ome-users] Beta 3.1.1 does not start

Hi Chris,

If I remember correctly with 3.0.1 I had to add not my hostname but 
omero-test to make it work - this was after someone reported on this 
list a correction to my setting. But I see that now I don't need that 
anymore. All is working properly without assigning an IP to omero-test.
