Without the log I can't really be of much further help but I suspect
you're having a version of the problem described here:

In short, don't use libwww-perl 5.800. If you aren't then I'll need to
see /var/tmp/OME/install/CoreDatabaseTablesTask.log to be of any more
help. :)
