[ome-devel] support on dm4 files

Hi  David

I have tried to open a DM4 file with Image J an Fiji, latest downloads, an
also with the latest Bioformats package from here:

After running bioformats_package.jar, I try to open any dm4 file and I can
only see gray frames if setting first axis field to 30. Please see attached
snapshots in BMP format; in this case setting axis field values to 1 led to
the final snapshot.

The current system is a Dell Optiplex 9020, Win 10 Enterprise, 64 bit, 4 GB
RAM, Intel Core i7-4770 @ 3.4 Ghz
