I'm  sorry I missed the most important part ;-)

> 2) open the C:\OMERO\lib\omeroweb\settings.py and configure LOGDIR to:

> LOGDIR = os.path.join(os.path.dirname(__file__), 'log')

and comment the line throws the error:

Line 159	fileLog.doRollover()
