Hello,

What's the expected way to change the Import analysis chain?

We would like to turn off the standard import analysis chain 
and run specialized ones from our image importers/annotators.

However, Configuration variable   import_chain_id points to import
chain installed at OME installation.  The documentation implies
the configuration variable is somewhat read-only.  We would
like to point the import_chain_id at a very simple module and
then run specialized ones elsewhere.
