[ome-devel] Fwd: Trouble Viewing Thumbnails

Hi,

I'm working in the LOCI lab, developing enhancements to the OME web 
interface. Recently, the default pixels thumbnails disappeared. They are 
no longer shown for either existing images, or newly imported images. We 
still see the thumbnail toward the bottom of the image detail page 
(where it says "Pixel sets") but the thumbnails in Image Search and at 
the top left corner of the image detail page are gone. We have verified 
our OMEIS URL is a FQDN in the configuration table, and clicking where 
the thumbnail should be still successfully brings up the SVG viewer with 
the image.  We dropped the database and reran the install script.  Then, 
we tried importing the data again and still no thumbnails.

One other thing: some of the corresponding links such as those that 
allow you to download original files and the one to download them all 
("Ilya will do this part") are also missing.  Since I am working on the 
"download them all" option currently, I would greatly appreciate any 
insight into this issue.
