[ome-users] 100 % CPU Usage on 6 Cores for 3 Days

Hi Josh,

Ok, something went wrong, I think.
Sorry, Andreas is on vacation, he knows better than I.

I made the jstack trace of the job with the high cpu usage. That seemed to be wrong.

But we can easily reproduce this behaviour, so that Andreas can make the right jstack trace next week.

Regards,
Susanne

Hi Susanne,

thanks for QA 27556.

I have a Blitz.log and a jstack trace for this behaviour and commit it to http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/.

Unfortunately, there's little to nothing going on in the jstack. Is it possible that this is actually from PixelData?

```
"PixelData-0-Ice.ThreadPool.Client-0"
```

Feel free to restart the server once you've got the traces of course, to restore decent service to your users.
