[ome-users] 100 % CPU Usage on 6 Cores for 3 Days

Dear Mark,

Yesterday we have to restart the server three times because the system was slowing down and there was no response any more. 
The reason seems to be loading the preview of the certain vsi format (you get such one). Each time the server starts such a core process with 100%. Up to 6 cores we have no response anymore. I have a Blitz.log and a jstack trace for this behaviour and commit it to  http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/.

Dear Andreas,

Next time htop gives you an surprisingly busy OMERO server process then do feel free to take a few jstack traces (as previously described), zip them up and submit them in the usual way and we'll be glad to look at them to try to see exactly what that process is busy doing. Feel free to restart the server once you've got the traces of course, to restore decent service to your users.
