[ome-users] Question about extract icc and apply icc file

Hello everyone,

We use Bioformat to extract ROI from WSI. But the color of extracted
ROI is different from imagescope displayed ROI. We think that might be
the icc problem.

The image formats we are using are ndpi and svs. We think the icc in
embed in the image file. We want to know
1. Does Bioformat automatically apply the icc to the image?
2. Is there any Bioformat function we can use to get the embed icc
file or information?
