The OME team is aware that Bio-Formats does not support h5 files from Huygens (see https://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/4104), but unfortunately I do not know of a specific timeline for this support to be added.  The best thing to do is to report this via the official forums or mailing lists:

http://www.openmicroscopy.org/support/

so that the whole OME team is aware, and someone who is more knowledgeable can comment on the anticipated timeline.
