[ome-users] Recurrent FIJI updater error

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your issue.

Could you please send us a screenshot of your managed update sites list?
Please follow the following link to access the same in your Fiji updater,
http://imagej.net/List_of_update_sites

It would also help if you could share the version of Fiji that you are currently working with.
This would help us troubleshoot your issue in better details.

I can add this error message :

java.lang.RuntimeException: Incorrect file size for F:\VGigot\TRAVAUX\TRAITE~1\Fiji.app\update\jars\bio-formats\turbojpeg-5.7.0.jar: 5543 (expected 1295971)

I don't understand how to deal with a problem of "file size" during installation or updating !

I always get this first error message when the updater is running. It never ends the updating and stops everytime before applying all changes, and finally sends the second message :

Notice:
There are files which need to be updated/installed since other files depend on them:
jars/bio-formats/turbojpeg-5.7.0.jar, plugins/bio-formats_plugins-5.7.0.jar, plugins/Sholl_Analysis-3.7.0.jar

Even if i uninstall FIJI and reinstall it, the same problem occurs.

Any idea and advice to resolve that ?
