[ome-users] Webtagging 3.0.0 Release

Dear all,

Autotag and Tagsearch 3.0.0 are now available. This release is to maintain
compatability with OMERO 5.3+ and to switch to PyPI as the release
mechanism. This should make installation and upgrading easier.

Documentation is also now available on PyPi: Here for Autotag

<https://pypi.python.org/pypi/omero-webtagging-tagsearch>.

This release also fixes some minor bugs.

Warning: These releases are not backwards compatible with OMERO 5.2 due to
some internal OMERO.web changes. For older versions of OMERO, please see:
