Hi Qi,
no, I meant you have to try again with a new, clean database, i.e. delete the omero database and create a new one:
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero5.2/sysadmins/windows/server-installation.html#creating-a-database-for-omero
(you don't have to delete/create the login role again, just the database)
And no, you don't have to do the setup again after a reboot. You just have to startup the omero server with "omero admin start",
or you create a windows service which is started automatically after boot:
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero5.2/sysadmins/windows/service-tools.html
Once you got your server running, please use it only for testing purposes, if you want to run a production server, you’ll need training and/or external expertise!
Kind Regards,
Dominik

Hello Dominik,
Thank you for your suggestion.
I delete the .sql file. I got the same transaction problem in psql. But in cmd I can pass diagnostics and start omero.
When I login, do i need to change default Server [localhost4064] and Username [ReaderStudy] ? In password part, I use the password "testOmero", which I set up by "bin\omero db script --password testOmero". But I got fail at here. (Or I should use the window 7 login password?)
I also want to know after I restart my computer. May I directly start the server? Or I have to setup everything again? Thank you very much.
Regards,
Qi
