This one's new to us, I think; we're certainly happy to at least take a
look to see what's going wrong. Would you be able to upload the file to
https://www.openmicroscopy.org/qa2/qa/upload/ and we'll give it a try?
Also, which version of Bio-Formats do you have installed?
