Hi Jake
If you turn on omero.web.debug do you get further info?
When you say mass download is the file size large ?
A timeout from nginx i believe should give a 504 ; a 502 is likely the gunicorn instance behind as far as i know

Hi folks.
Running 5.2.5 here at the moment.
I'm attempting to do a mass download of some raw data in zip format by selecting all then hitting the download arrow, at the moment.
It lets me name the zip and whatnot then press the "create zip" button - but after about 30 or 40 seconds fails with a "Bad Gateway 502" error thrown by nginx.
Nginx Proxy timeout/idle time issues? Does this need tweaking by default?
Ideas?
