[ome-users] Exporting Shared Image Data Sets

Hi Steve,

I can see that your collaborator shared images with you using sharing mechanism. It is a different story then browsing through Explore Tab - a typical collaborative group. The ID 10935 is not a dataset ID, it is a Share ID. This is a special image container that gives access people who normally cannot see them at all. Unfortunately we introduced minimum functionality to metadata panel as they are in special container. That means you cannot run any scripts on them. We are going to review sharing container very soon and improve it in 5.1.x.

Thank you for letting us know about your use case. It is very helpful to see how people use it.

Kind regards
Ola

Just black I think. Does this help?

The person who shared the images is an admin. The images are stored in a non-admin account.

I think they look fine.

I can download as JPEG ok using the above method.

Thanks,
