[ome-users] Insight login failure

Dear Josh and OMERO users,

For some reason today when I tried to connect to my Omero server I was
unable to. Upon further inspection I found that all the user profiles I
added were missing. I was able to login to root user but there were no
other users recorded on the system. I was also able to create a new user
from root and then to login to that account.

using the cmd line to
 bin\omero user list
 yields only root and guest accounts.

My database appears to still be there. I am able to connect to it using
postgresql. I also am able to launch the postgresql shell and connect to my
databases in all previously created users.

server admin diagnostics are normal. Everything appears to be working and
writeable.

Is there a way to pull in previously created user profiles with associated
data?
