[ome-users] Insight client deployment Mac

Hi Niko and everyone,
Insight uses the Java Preferences API, which is where those locations are
dictated. A platform agnostic way to script adding a server address would
be to give Insight a CLI option that lets you pass one. The code in
org.openmicroscopy.shoola.util.ui.login.ServerEditor could probably be
refactored fairly easily to do it.
