Hi Melissa

thanks for looking into this. I saw the changes with the NDP Viewer too, but in the case of imageJ it appears I was just a bit too impatient. I opened the stack again and plotted profiles on two different slices. Thankfully they are not the same. As you said I had to wait some 20 sec. until the next slide was loaded.

so everything works as it is supposed to (slow but steady ;)
