[ome-users] Bio-Formats plug-in unable to open EasyRatio Pro files

Hi All

I am collecting my raw Ca2+ Imaging data in a software called EasyRatio Pro. It generates a session ".esf" file and ".seq" files containing the actual images (it looks like they are essentially TIF files intertwined with some metadata). The bio-formats support page says that .seq files are supported, but I cannot get FIJI to open them (I would like to use ImageJ macros for image processing and analysis). Is this a bug or the Bio-Formats never meant to open the .seq files from EasyRatio Pro? If latter is the case, then should I contact the Photon Technology International and ask for this feature (I cannot imagine it difficult to implement) or this is all within the hands of OME users?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
