Thank you for trying. How about,

bin/omero hql "select parent from DatasetImageLink where child = 10000"

It may be that you are running into the bug at
http://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/12011 regarding moving
datasets whose images are also in other datasets. If so, that query
should give you the ID of the relevant datasets.
