I may be biased but I think London is easier to reach for the majority - and particularly for those London-based commuters who would have to travel into London and then out to Oxford.  We are happy to host a meeting at IC or to travel, e.g. to UCL or KCL

We would be happy to host this meeting here in Oxford. Obviously we would have to discus dates etc but in principle we are pretty flexible for use of our main seminar room (seats 100) and/or some of our meeting rooms (seat max 15).
