[ome-users] bug report file nd metamorph english and french

Dear administrator,

I have a bug to open nd format (from Metamorph) with Fiji.
The file are acquired in a windows system (language English) and we try to open in a French windows system.
I have Fiji 32 bits (1.49c) or 64 bits (1.489g) and windows 8 in French.
The following error message is :

The bug is identified, it comes from the language difference, if I change my windows system to English language (regional parameter) , I do not have the error message anymore.
The origin is in the nd file, the Zstep is 0,5. But If I change by 0.5, it doesn't resolve the problem.
