Subject: [ome-users] Evotec Flex file not recognized

Hi all,

I've encountered some flex files that can be read correctly in PE Opera's EvoShell environment but in ImageJ1.48V, with loci_tools.jar plugin from bioformats 5.1 latest build, they're not recognized as flex file and the program returns a message: "File is not a supported format, a reader plugin is not available, or it was not found."

This is related to a previous ticket that has been fixed (https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/886/) as the files are from the same source but this time it seems to be a different type of problem. I've uploaded the offending flex files to
http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/?file_format=5

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Kevin
