<div>I've encountered some flex files that can be read correctly in PE Opera's EvoShell environment but in ImageJ1.48V, with loci_tools.jar plugin from bioformats 5.1 latest build, they're not recognized as flex file and the program returns a message: "File
is not a supported format, a reader plugin is not available, or it was not found."</div>
