[ome-users] OMERO 4.4.9 won't start after upgrade from 4.4.5

I will proceed as suggested and let you know about the outcome (4.4.9 
upgrade with Ice 3.4).

Regarding IPv6, it's neither used nor configured at all on the system 
(deactivated).

/etc/sysctl.conf:
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
