[ome-users] Bio-Formats, Metamorph TIFF z-stack

Hi

The slice thickness or z spatial calibration is missing when a Metamorph
TIFF is loaded with the LOCI plugins for ImageJ.  Looks like it can be
derived from <prop id="z-position" type="float" value="nnnn.nn"></prop> for
each slice.

I am using Fiji with the 7 May 2013 version of LOCI plugins
(loci_plugins-4.4.9-SNAPSHOT.jar).  There is a small sample file and a pdf
of the metadata as reported by Metamorph on our website.
