<div dir="ltr">Hi<br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr"><div><br></div><div>The slice thickness or z spatial calibration is missing when a Metamorph TIFF is loaded with the LOCI plugins for ImageJ.  Looks like it can be derived from <prop id="z-position" type="float" value="nnnn.nn"></prop> for each slice.</div>

<div><br></div><div>I am using Fiji with the 7 May 2013 version of LOCI plugins (loci_plugins-4.4.9-SNAPSHOT.jar).  There is a small sample file and a pdf of the metadata as reported by Metamorph on our website.</div><div>
