As always, thank you for reporting this and for uploading the relevant file.

You're correct that it is almost certainly due to acquisition being
stopped early; I have filed a ticket to fix this here:

http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/ticket/9681

...and as in the past you have been CC'd.
