Hi Ben,
> I have a problem opening MetaMorph .nd files if two channels used the same wavelength. In my case, two FITC channels with different exposure settings were collected at each Z-T. Bioformats creates the right number of image planes for the correct number of channels, but only one of the FITC channels has image data. The images in the other channel just have all zero pixels. I assume the repeated channel names are confusing to the software.
Thank you for reporting this problem as well.
I have filed a ticket on our issue tracking system:
http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/ticket/9680
...and as with the other Metamorph problem, you have been CC'd and will
receive an email each time we update the status of the ticket.
Regards,
-Melissa
