[ome-users] OMERO.server4.4.4 Settings Configuration (Could not import omero.cli! No module named Ice)

Hi Josh,

Since I was having problems with all the permissions I uninstalled all  
the prerequisites and, after that, installed them again as an  
administrator.

I believe that something went wrong, because I can't populate the  
database using SQL Shell:

Server [localhost]:
Database [postgres]: omero_database
Port [5432]:
Username [postgres]: db_user
