[ome-users] error setting up omero server under windows 7

It seems that there is something wrong with the Ice installation path. Could you please send the output of
`bin\omero admin diagnostics`. It would also help to see what `echo %PATH%` outputs when run from the Command Prompt.

That's definitely the good version for Windows 7.
